Cash benefits are two-thirds of your average weekly wage multiplied by your percentage of disability. For injuries between July 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027, the weekly maximum is $1,281.50, and the minimum is $384.45, and your rate is locked to your date of injury. Medical care for an accepted claim has no dollar cap and no copay. If a worker dies, dependents receive two-thirds of the average weekly wage, and where there are no dependents the estate may receive $50,000. Funeral expenses are covered up to $12,500 in Queens, the Bronx and seven other counties, and up to $10,500 elsewhere in the state.
